The Albrecht Dürer Watercolor Pencils introduced in 1980, are comprised of the highest quality pigments with superior lightfastness characteristics and water-soluble binders.

The pencils are hexagonal in shape, contain thick 3.8mm leads and are housed in premium California cedar wood.

Marks can be 90% erased from paper with a soft eraser only prior to applying water. After dissolving and releasing the colors they become near permanent and cannot be erased.

Albrecht Dürer Watercolor Pencils are completely water-soluble and adhere firmly to the paper and do not require fixing.
